Our patented Stretch Control technology is specifically designed to provide the perfect balance between comfort and support in elastic garments such as underwear, belts, shorts, or suspenders. Thanks to a unique combination of yarns with different elasticity levels, we control fabric stretch with great precision..
How it works :
- Highly stretchable yarns, with elongation capacity up to 160%, ensure freedom of movement and comfort.
- Shorter-elongation yarns, limited to around 90%, act as an elastic stop to prevent excessive deformation while maintaining optimal fit.
Micro-Gripp UF®
- Grip elastic fabric
- Ultra flat and flexible
- Very soft and comfortable also on the edges
- Excellent durability (> 1000 openings)
- Good hook fastener-lastingness (> 8 Cn / cm²)
- Cuttable in any direction (laser, ultrasonic, etc.)
- Welding ultrasonic HF
- Machine washable at 60°C
Regular monitoring is carried out on technical performance, manufacturing processes, assembly steps, durability, and traceability to meet detailed and co-developed specifications.
Quality / Mechanical testing :
We perform mechanical tests such as colorfastness, dimensional stability, and tensile strength & elongation.
For additional testing, we work in partnership with IFTH (French Institute of Textiles and Clothing).
