Our commitments

· Products and services excellence.
Recycled materials
To reduce our environmental impact and offer responsible alternatives, we provide a range of recycled materials : polyamide, polyester, and elastane.
R&D Matières naturelles / biosourcées
We actively monitor the sourcing of renewable materials to identify sustainable alternatives.
This approach is supported by testing and life cycle assessments (LCA) to evaluate the concrete environmental impact of each solution and to better address our clients challenges.
Solution-dyed yarns
At Berthéas, we offer a range of solution-dyed polyamide yarns, where the color is added directly during the yarn manufacturing process.
This cleaner and more sustainable method reduces environmental impact without compromising on quality..
Between 2021 and 2024, the share of solution-dyed polyamide increased from 6.8% to 16%. During the same period, we reduced our exhaust-dyeing processes by 53% and lowered our water consumption for dyeing by 49%.
An eco-design approach fully aligned with our vision of a more responsible textile industry.
R&D – Bluesign dyeing
For products that still require dyeing, we are actively working to minimize their environmental footprint. This includes the gradual integration of a range of Bluesign-certified colorants.
This label guarantees that the dyes used are free from toxic, carcinogenic, and polluting substances, while meeting strict safety standards for workers and the environment.
